How Coaching Works.
Exceptional Performance Coaching Sessions are structured to help improve outcomes right out of the gate. Clients have engaged me as part of pre-season conditioning and training programs. However I can also meet a team whatever stage in the season they are. And I’m also a secret weapon during the season for individuals and teams who are struggling with consistency. Every program is unique and each session is tailored to align with your desired goals/outcomes.
Sessions are usually 2 hrs long and results come quickly. Many find four sessions are often enough to show real breakthroughs in performance. However some teams engage me pre-season and throughout the season on a retainer basis.
I’m also available to support individual team members during periods of high stress, or when they’re recovering from an injury and the expectations are high for them to get back to delivering exceptional results.
